The Perfect Pizza

As a pizza lover I am always in search of the perfect authentic Italian pizza. However, being a lover of this culinary delight I can be a bit picky when it comes to choosing where to enjoy my monthly fix. Sometimes I am left with a bland taste, not enough cheese, a soggy crust, or even one a bit too crispy for my liking. So I am pleased to let others know of my favourite picks around the province so that others can enjoy this favourite dish while holidaying here.

If in Krabi town all should opt to go to Viva de Renato. This place is owned by an Italian and has a great wine selection, perfect for enjoying their fabulous pizza. Although there are others in town this far surpasses the others for pizza lovers like myself and is not to be missed.

In Ao Nong I had the pleasure of dining in La Luna, one of the areas most popular spots for authentic pizza. Also owned by an Italian, La Luna serves up great pizza and it is no wonder why it has so many repeat patrons. Azzurra is also a good choice but lacks a bit in the wine department, something that I find to be an extremely important part of the pizza eating ritual.

There are of course may others around but these most met my requirements for enjoying a great pizza eating experience.
